Can I use the Ticketmaster app?
No, our tickets do not appear in the Ticketmaster app. Use a browser to access our Panthers Account Manager.

FEVO is a platform we use for special ticket offers, group packages, and fan experiences.

Why do some tickets look more expensive than what’s advertised?
Prices shown in FEVO usually reflect the base price before fees, taxes, or discounts. Don’t panic—go through the full checkout before assuming the deal is gone.

How many people qualify for group tickets?
Group ticket packages start at 10 guests. The more, the merrier—and the better the perks.

What time do doors open?
Doors to the arena open 1 hour before kickoff.

Is there anything to do before doors open?
Yes! Fan Fest starts 2 hours before kickoff just outside the arena—with music, food trucks, giveaways, and more.

Do kids need a ticket?
Kids 2 and under get in free if they sit on a parent’s lap.

Where do I park?
Parking is available through SAP Center lots.
